Our Process

1. Clients can book a free consultation with RhemaExpert to discuss profile needs, map out the process, and offer a quotation. 

2. To begin the project, the client must provide a non-refundable 50% down payment.

3. RhemaExpert engages the client to submit corporate materials, including logos, color schemes, and any existing data. In the Data Collection phase an evaluation is made of the client’s current assets, identify the gaps and determine what needs to be added, using interviews, questionnaires, and on-site visits* (a).

4. RhemaExpert will initiate the process of building and developing the company profile.

5. The client evaluates design iterations for minor adjustments(b).

6. The project reaches completion after the client’s final approval of the company profile.

7. The final (or second) down payment must be made by the client before the release of all electronic files and web links. Once RhemaExpert receives the payment, these files will be handed over to the client (c).

8. Two glossy magazine prints will be provided to the client by RhemaExpert, who will be contacted for delivery information. 

9. The Company Profile project has reached completion.

Notes: 
(a) In certain cases, RhemaExpert may request on-site visits from the client to observe process flows, understand daily operations, and gain a deeper insight into specific services for accurate mapping.
(b) Clients are entitled to two significant design revisions, where the colour palette and design elements are altered, along with three major script revisions.
(c) Please note, clients do not retain access to working files.
